This is an excellent opportunity for a young or established rider/trainer to get started toward establishing themselves in a top geographic location with excellent accessibility. My fee will be on a per horse basis and will include mowing and maintenance so owners and trainers can focus on their equine activities. My preference is dressage, eventing, or hunters but I am open to discussion with other qualified horseman capable of providing solid references. I have 9 double fenced 4 board paddocks, 3 large 3 board turn out fields, 2 electrobraid paddocks, 1 eletrobraid catch pen, 2 huge electrobraid fields with 10-15 acres each, and 1 large electrobraid field. The farm has 2 large 24 x 48 run in sheds and one huge 48x48 foot run in shed, one oval fenced 75 x 200 foot outdoor riding arena, and 1 60ft diameter tall fully enclosed round pen. The main barn has 11 foaling type stalls that are 12x14 each and one heated tack/vet room with a large tub work sink and bathroom and shower facilities. Abundant hay and bedding storage is available. The property is located 2.4 miles from Walgreens at the Winchester bypass which makes it incredibly convenient to Lowes, Tractor Supply, Rural King, Winchester Feed, and Southern States along with plentiful restaurant options. My driveway is 12 miles from the front door of Regal Cinemas in Hamburg Pavillion and 3.4 miles on the right from the lovely new Graves Restaurant at the Corner intersection of Toods Rd, Combs Ferry, and Colby Road. The farm is 20 miles to the Leestown entrance of Masterson Station Park. The farm is just 3.7 miles over the Fayette County line between Hamburg and Winchester. The farm sits between both major interstates, after living many years in Kentucky on several different farms there can be no more convenient location in terms of accessibility to just about any possible need you might have for yourself or your animals.
